At Touchstone Leadership Coaching, our mission is to help leaders and teams create and sustain clarity—especially when strategy, execution, or trust has started to stall. Based in Vancouver, we work with organizations that know what they want to achieve but are struggling with how to move forward together.

Our work is grounded in team coaching and leadership coaching that focuses on real business outcomes. We believe most organizational challenges are not caused by a lack of intelligence or effort, but by a breakdown in shared understanding: unclear priorities, slow or fragmented decision-making, misaligned roles, and unspoken tensions within leadership teams. When clarity erodes, teams default to performative strategy—activity without traction.

As a leadership coach in Vancouver, I partner with senior leaders, intact leadership teams, and managers to address these issues directly. Through leadership coaching, we support individual leaders in building the self-awareness, confidence, and practical skills required to lead effectively in complex environments.
