My journey into leadership coaching began during my corporate career, where I held senior and executive positions in organizations with revenues ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. Those years were marked by successes in driving revenue, improving profitability, and elevating team engagement. But more than any single metric, I found the most fulfillment in helping teams collaborate more effectively and empowering individuals to step into their full leadership capacity.

Through FUSE, we’ve supported leaders and teams who are doing important community work but often have limited access to professional development resources. It’s a model that reflects my belief that leadership growth should be accessible, practical, and deeply human.
