Every leader—and every team of leaders—has the power to make better, quicker, and more confident decisions. Yet even the most capable executives and managers often encounter barriers that prevent them from reaching their full potential. These barriers can take the form of unclear communication, competing priorities, or lack of trust and alignment within a leadership team. Through years of sitting around conference tables with senior leaders, I’ve seen how these challenges hold back organizations from achieving the clarity and performance they are capable of.
After 25+ years in leadership roles, I recognized that my true passion lies in helping others unlock their leadership potential. My focus now is on maximizing what a leader—or an entire team of leaders—can accomplish when given the right tools, perspective, and support.
My journey into leadership coaching began during my corporate career, where I held senior and executive positions in organizations with revenues ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. Those years were marked by successes in driving revenue, improving profitability, and elevating team engagement. But more than any single metric, I found the most fulfillment in helping teams collaborate more effectively and empowering individuals to step into their full leadership capacity.
In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, the need for effective leadership has never been greater. Hybrid work models, generational diversity, and increasing demands for inclusion and agility are reshaping how organizations function. In this environment, the most successful leaders are those who can create alignment, communicate with purpose, and foster a culture of trust and accountability. Through leadership coaching and team coaching, I help leaders in Metro Vancouver and beyond build the confidence, clarity, and resilience needed to navigate these challenges.
With over two decades of leadership experience, I have worked alongside hundreds of leaders and teams, helping them unlock performance and build workplaces where people thrive. My approach combines structured reflection, honest conversation, and practical strategies that lead to measurable results. Whether through one-on-one executive coaching or team coaching engagements, my goal is to create momentum—helping teams move from good to great and leaders from capable to exceptional.
A key part of this process often includes the use of team surveys and assessments that provide insight into communication patterns, trust levels, and team health. These surveys offer leaders an honest snapshot of how their teams are functioning and where targeted coaching can have the greatest impact. When leaders understand the dynamics within their teams, they can make informed decisions that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and performance across the organization.
Beyond individual work, I also believe strongly in the power of collaboration among coaches. That’s why I co-founded FUSE Coaching Cooperative, a network of experienced coaches dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable coaching to not-for-profit organizations. Through FUSE, we’ve supported leaders and teams who are doing important community work but often have limited access to professional development resources. It’s a model that reflects my belief that leadership growth should be accessible, practical, and deeply human.
